Most items ship within 3 business days.
Items made to order customarily ship within 14-21 days.
If you live in the Boulder/Denver area, please contact me for direct delivery - easier, cheaper and more fun!
I offer a fixed shipping rate. Up to 4 pieces can be included in one rate. If you are the lucky recipient of more than 4 pieces, I will upcharge the actual cost of shipping.
Items are shipped by US Mail. This generally takes 1-3 days depending on your location in the US. Delivery times provided are estimates from USPS, based on shipping service selected, and are not guaranteed. Shipping details, and expected arrival dates, are communicated once an item is shipped.
* Each package will be insured for the full retail price of its contents.
* Please contact me if a package needs to be shipped outside the US for details and rates on international shipping.
* I will not cover items reported as not delivered if USPS tracking shows it has been delivered.
* I do not require "signature confirmation" unless buyer requests it. If you would like this service, please contact me for rates.
* If you require, or request, a different carrier, or speed of service, please message me for rates.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
I know it can be difficult to purchase jewelry online, however, I am also confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely even that the piece is not what you expect, I will accept returns of items in their original, unused, condition, in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
The purchase price and any sales tax will be included in the refund; shipping costs will not be included.
Because of the nature of the process, I can't accept returns on custom-made orders.
Upon receiving the item, shipped back at buyer's expense, I will issue a fill refund of item purchase price, excluding shipping.
If, in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please contact me for a RA number, and return packaging instructions.
